| Court directs police to proceed on Bola Nath complaint | | Asaram's Ashram Bhagwati Nagar | | ET Report
Jammu, Oct 15: Today in a complaint filed by one Vikrant Sharma against Bola Nath alias Vinod Gupta alias Brij Mohan Gupta seeking direction to Police Station Nowabad Jammu to register a case u/s 120-B/194/211/295/295-A/153-A/383/195 & 195-A, Special Mobile Magistrate Electricity Jammu (Duty Magistrate) Balbir Lal Jaswal after hearing Adv PS Parmar for the complainant forward the complaint to police station Nowabad with the direction to proceed and report hence forth in the matter.
In the complaint it has been alleged that in the month of September, 2013 when Asaram was arrested Bola Nath started contacting the complainant on his telephone and tried to seek help from complainant for creating evidence in order to implicate Asaram Bapu. Initially complainant was astonished to hear from the accused about his intentions but gradually the complainant came to know that Bola Nath is trying to implicate the Asaram Bapu in false cases and then complainant informed Narinder Singh and some other person and on their advice started recording the telephonic conversation of the accused and in order to know the truth started posing himself to be acting on the advises of Bola Nath. In the complaint it has been alleged that Bola Nath asked the complainant to give him telephone number of Prajapati and aksed the complainant to arrange some girl or lady who can level false allegations on Asaram and the identity of the girl shall not be disclosed. He also asked complainant to help in creating false evidence so that whole of the family of Asaram is sent to jail.
In the complaint it has been alleged that Bola Nath appeared in news channel and stated that there are dead bodies of children buried in Bhagwati Nagar Ashram of Bapu Asaram and the after that Bola Nath asked the complainant to arrange the skeleton of dead person and when complainant told the Bola Nath that where he would arrange the skelton, Bola Nath asked the complainant to remove the skeleton from Muslim Graveyard and bury them Bhagwati Nagar Ashram and then Bola Nath will come with media and show the place where he has stated about the burial of children.
