Early Times Report samba, Nov 14: Police claimed to have arrested five gamblers at Bari Brahmana of Samba district and recovered cash amounting two lakhs. As per police report, continuing its drive launched against gamblers, a police party headed by PSI Varuneshwar Singh and PSI Naseer Naik of P/S Bari-Brahmana under the supervision of Inspector Arun Jamwal, SHO P/S Bari-Brahmana conducted raid near Dogra Law College Bari-Brahmana last night and arrested 5 gamblers. The accused have been identified as Neetu son of Babu Ram resident of Palli, Bari-Brahmana, Jeet Raj son of Thoru Ram resident of Ward No. 2, Bari-Brahmana, Billu Ram son of Parkash Chand resident of resident of Dhiansar, Bari-Brahmana, Subhash Chander son of Amar Nath resident of Bassi, Bari-Brahmana and Jagbir Singh son of Thoru Ram resident of Bassi, Bari-Brahmana. Police recovered Rs. 2,02100 from their possession. |
