| Govt functioning completely paralyzed in state: Sharma | | | Early Times Report
kalakote, Nov 14: Expressing grave concern over mounting problems of the common masses due to the wrong policies being propagated by the present dispensation, Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) today said that the National Conference (NC) led coalition regime has lost its credibility and leaders of the ruling party have been trying to divert attention of the people by raking up irrelevant issues.
Addressing series of public meetings at Narayana and Killar areas of Kalakote assembly segment today, PDP candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat MLC Yash Pal Sharma regretted that instead of mending ways to mitigate woes of the people, this government has been trying to hide its failure and trying to befool the people. "Government has been totally paralyzed and developmental and other activities came to the stand still", he said and observed that day today problems of the common masses have been increasing. He further said that during the last five years this regime has done nothing to solve basic problems of the common masses "People of State have lost faith on NC led regime as this government has done nothing on ground", Sharma said. He flayed the State Government for its failure to solve day today problems of the common masses. He further observed that miseries of the people have been increased manifold after formation of National Conference (NC) led regime in the State. Speaking on the occasion, district president PDP Abdul Qayoom Dar pointed out that this regime was formed without any programme and policy and instead of solving basic problems of the common masses and leaders of National Conference have been befooling the people by making false promises. |
