Jammu, Nov 15: Bhai Kanahiya Jee Nishkam Seva Society (BKJNSS) and various Sikh organizations today held a meeting under the chairmanship of Mohinder Singh and have decided to celebrate 545 Parkash Utsav of Guru Nanak Dev Ji on Nov 17 at Gandhi Nagar.
They appealed to entire Sikh Sangat to cooperate the Divisional Commissioner, Jammu for celebrations of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Prakash Purab and appealed to participate in Guru Purab celebrations.
They further hailed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and law and parliamentary/ Gurudwara affairs minister for their efforts to announce the Gurudwara elections in Jammu and Kashmir Sikh Gurudawara Prabandhak committee during January 15, 2014.
Parmjit Singh, Ramnik Singh, Kapoor Singh, Kulwant Singh , Manmohan Singh, Rajinder Singh and Dharvinder Singh were present on the occasion. |
