JAMMU, Nov 15 : University of Jammu (JU) has finalized the team for the upcoming Vice Chancellor's Cup Twenty20 Cricket Tournament, a national event for the employees of the universities. Presently undergoing coaching camp on the campus ground, the team shall depart for the Punjabi University Patiala, the venue for the event, on November 20. The competition is scheduled to be held from November 22 to December five. Two-time champion, JU lost to University of Kashmir (KU) in an interesting final last year on the home ground. "The selection committee has already finalized the 15-member squad besides four stand-byes. The team is presently undergoing a coaching camp to prepare for the event ahead," member of the team and coach, Raj Kumar Bakshi told SAN. The Team: Dawood Iqbal (captain), Amit Targotra (vice-captain), Prikshit Singh Manhas, Rajesh Verma, Vishal Soodan, Akash Bhola, Niranjan Singh, Sumit Sharma, Noor-ul-Asrar, Shami Bhagat, Sandeep Aryan, Surinder Singh, Parshotam Kumar and Raj Kumar Bakshi.
