HC directs SSP Kathua to file latest status report Petition seeking CBI probe in alleged murder case 11/15/2013 11:08:02 PM Et Report Jammu, Nov 15 Responding to a petition, seeking CBI probe in allege murder case, a local court today directed SSP Kathua to file latest report on the next date of hearing. While directing the SSP Kathua, Justice Tashi Rabstan observed that SHO police station Malhar vide letter dated December 30, 2012 furnished report, revealing that SHO has not made sincere efforts rather stated that due to non-availability of proper address of the petitioner, report could not be furnished. Upon this Court directed SSP Kathua to file latest status report. The petition had made an appeal before court alleging that his son was murdered by unknown persons but the local police has not registered any case and not conducted the post-mortem of the deceased.
