Residents of Ward No 10 accuse ration depot of violating norms

kathua, Nov 15: Expressing serious concern over the mal practice of CAPD ration depots in Kathua, residents of ward no. 10 alleged that CAPD has been failed to put the display board of details of ration.
The residents of the area criticized the functioning of depot and alleged that depot is violating norms as it has not put on display board of details of ration quantity, opening and closing time schedule and numbers of BPL and APL consumers. "This is sheer violation of directions of the CAPD high authority and a fraudulent practice with consumers," they alleged.
They said that in the board all the details of the ration, timing and BPL and APL consumers who have been registered with this depot should be depicted so that every consumer could know the actual details of the ration depot of ward. No.10 at Kathua and a strong check on black-marketing be placed at large extent.
