KISHTWAR, Dec 7: Dulhasti Power Station of NHPC Limited provided recreational stage to Adarsh Bal Niketan High School, Kishtwar under CSR-SD Scheme. The stage was formally handed over to the school today by Arvind Bhat, General Manager, Dulhasti Power Station in the presence of Kishori Lal Sharma, Asstt. Commissioner Development, Om Prakash, Sr. Manager (HR), Management, teachers and students of the school in a simple function. Speaking on the occasion, Bhat said that continuous initiatives are being taken up to facilitate the student community to obtain education and undertake extra-curricular activities in a better environment by providing required infrastructures. He hoped that the said recreational stage shall pave the way for improved cultural activities for the students of the Institution who are talented enough to perform. Som Nath Sharma thanked NHPC Limited on behalf of Management of the school. Speaking on the occasion, Sharma said that existence of NHPC in Kishtwar is a boon for the locals of Kishtwar. |
