| 92.7 Big FM Jammu celebrates foundation day with orphan | | Seven yrs on in air | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 7: First private FM radio service in the name and title of 'Jammu Station of 92.7 BIG FM' turned 7 years old today and to commemorate the occasion the Radio Station celebrated the day with orphan children at Bal Niketan Ved Mandir, Amphalla and gave them some immemorial times.
According official spokesperson, the 92.7 BIG FM Jammu staff celebrated its 7th station anniversary with orphanage kids by cutting a huge cake and distributed chocolates and gifts to all the kids under a unique theme brainchild to mark the special occasion as 'Satte pe Satta'.
S M Sahai ADGP (Armed) was the Chief Guest on the occasion who congratulate the team of 92.7 Big FM for their contribution in enriching the lives of the Jammu people and also for entertaining them through bouquet musical programmes.
Radio Jockeys (RJs) namely Manas, Sarang and Juhie from 92.7 BIG FM engaged kids in some exciting brain and fun games besides holding fun contests to keep them entertained throughout the celebrations. In addition to this, auditions for Dabur Honitus BIG Junior RJ were also conducted there which will provide once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to some of these kids to participate and test their RJing skills so that the best kids can co-host the different shows with Jammu RJs on Christmas day! What a wonderful way to make a difference to children's life and spread cheer on an occasion like this! A very warm gesture from the station indeed!
Eminent personalities of Jammu, team of 92.7 Big FM and many enthusiastic listeners were also present there to congratulate the Radio Station on its 7th birthday.
Meanwhile in their respective addresses, Syed Ali Jaffery, Station Head and Vikrant Sharma, Programming Head, 92.7 Big FM Jammu conveyed their gratitude to the listeners for their continuous support and affection which has made the modest journey of seven years very meaningful and exciting and the Station looks forward for many more happy anniversaries like this in future also.
