The AJKPC leader while taking a dig on the National Conference said that those cherished autonomy for themselves are now denying same to the Panchayats in Jammu and Kashmir and this is why they are opposing implementation of 73rd amendment of Indian Constitution which is the only solution to empower Panchayati Raj Institutions.
