| JKTWA demands release of pending salaries of newly promotee Masters' | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 22: Jammu and Kashmir Teacher's Welfare Association (JKTWA) President, Jasmeet Singh Madaan urged the Deputy Chief Minister for immediate release of salaries of newly promotee Master's which is due from July, 2013. As per press release, he said on one hand teacher is overwhelmed with the mass promotion of all cadres and at the same time are worried over the salaries of those newly promoted Master's whose services are utilized in the district and are without pay since July as there are not enough vacant posts. Jasmeet urged Dy Chief Minister Tara Chand to intervene into the matter to get their salaries released on the vacant posts from other district as a special case. Jasmeet said that the economic condition of these newly promotee Master's condition is in shambles and they are on the verge of starvation because of no pay since July and it is almost now 6 months that these promotee Master's are running from pillar to post to get their salaries released but of no avail. |
