The BJP after holding a strong protest against Kichloo, launched a massive campaign against Kichloo by mobilizing the victims of the violence and held a peaceful sit in inside the party office as continuous snowfall in Kishtwar force the angry party workers to stay indoors. Over 200 party activists assembled at BJP Office Kishtwar on 2nd consecutive day today and held a strong protest against Kichloo and Gandhi. While addressing the gathering, BJP National Youth Executive Member Sunil Sharma said that the clean chit given to Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo by Justice R C Gandhi Commission is not enough for him (Kichloo) to wash the blood strains of the innocent people killed in Kishtwar violence including that of Arvind Raj Baghat. He said that victims of Kishtwar violence have no concern with any inquiry commission as they are well aware about the role played by the Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo on the day of rioting. He said that Justice Gandhi cannot put the blame only on former DC and SP Kishtwar beside on DIG and duty magistrates, but added that like DC, SP, DIG and duty magistrates; Kichloo is equally responsible as he (Kichloo) as a Home Minister fail to protect the lives and property of people of Kishtwar and cannot escape the law merely on clean chit given by one man Judicial Commission headed by R C Gandhi. He said that BJP still stood on demand of CBI inquiry into Kishtwar violence related cases. He also targeted the Special Investigation Team for framing innocent people in violence related cases and alleged that the real culprits involved in violence, loot and arson of property are still roaming free making mockery of the law of the land. He said that attack on Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo is politically motivated and planned by his own man with the motive to cover his misdeeds. He said that in case Government and police was sincere, they must have registered an FIR in Kichloo attack case. He said that Kishtwar police has registered atleast 15 FIRs in Kishtwar and Padder related cases, but question that how can police forget to register an FIR against Kichloo who was Home Minister of the State at the time of violence. He asked the party man to remain united to fight the menace of NC-Congress politics and added that BJP will not allow Kichloo to go scot free. He said that Kichloo will pay for the misdeeds committed by him with the people of Kishtwar. He also target DC Kishtwar for harassing the victims of Kishtwar violence by not releasing the compensation in their favour by taking plea of incomplete formalities. |
