Jammu, Dec 30: Jammu & Kashmir High Court will remain closed for winter vacation from January 1, 2014 to January 24, 2014. According to the notification issued today by Registrar General Suresh Kumar Sharma, Chief Justice of J&K High Court nominated judges for the vacation for both wing of High Court to hear all matters of an urgent nature. For Jammu wing Justice Bansi Lal Bhat is the vacation Judge in week commencing from January 6 to January 10, 2013, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal is the Vacation Judge from January 15, 2014 to January 17, 2014 and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur is vacation Judge from January 20 to January 24, 2014.
For Srinagar Wing Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar is the Vacation Judge in the week commencing from January 6 to January 10, 2014, Justice Hasnain Massodi is the Vacation Judge from January 13, 2014 to January 16, 2014 and Justice Tashi Rabstan is vacation Judge from January 20 to January 24, 2014.
