Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 7: State Government Employees Joint Action Committee (SGEJAC) today discuss demands under the presidium of Sushil Sudan, Subhash Verma, Suresh Sharma and Ajaj Ahmed Khan here at Jammu. According to press release, SGEJAC leaders expressed their resentment over the criminal silence maintained by the state government. It was the matter of concern for all that the demands were not met with they declared that shortly SGEJAC would in the meeting chief secretary to highlight the demands. Besides they demanded that ESMA slapped on employee should immediately revoked, their salaries should be released. They further demanded the regularization of daily wagers, contract and adhoc employees, removal of pay anomalies of all cadre, qualifying service be reduced from 28 to 21 years budgetary support to PSU, release of 6th pay commission arrears in cash, release of 10percent DA and medical allowance be enhanced Rs.300 to Rs.2000. Maheshwar Sharma, Mohd Farooq, Bashir Ahmed Mir, Romesh Khajuria, Farooq Ahmed Mir Wachi and Bishan Singh were present on the occasion. |
