| Elderly person commits suicide | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 7: An old man today allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Kaali Janni.
The deceased has been identified as Arun Sharma son of Padam Nath of Kaali Jaani.
Police said that family members of the deceased shifted him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) where he died during treatment. Police said that after legal formalities, the body was handed over to family members for last rites. A case in this connection has been registered while investigation is on to ascertain the reasons behind such an extreme step. 24-year-old Babli Devi, wife of Sulinder Singh of village Hunga, Bhaderwah was found dead at her in-laws house this morning. |
