| DWA highlights 'Safai Karamcharis demands' | | | Early Times Report
Doda, Jan 7: District Waatal Association Doda (DWA) held its meeting under chairmanship of Javed Ahmed District President Waatel Association Doda in which different demands of Safai Karamcharis of Municipal Committee Doda & District Hospital (DH) Doda were discussed.
Members also threatened to intensify their stir if govt fails to concede to their demands at earliest.
District President District Waatal Association Doda (DWA) Javed Ahmed, Secretary DWA Irshad Ahmed and District Hospital Doda unit President Parveena Begum while highlighted their demands.
On this occasion they also highlighted their demands like regularization of safai Karamcharis, release of pending salaries, 6th Pay Commission for permanent employees and Uniform for Safai Karamcharies engaged at District Hospital (DH) Doda.
Employees of District Hospital Doda also demanded to end contractual system and they should be considered as government employees.
The members in this meeting also threatened the concerned that they will go on indefinite strike if the demands are not met by the concerned authorities. |
