Corruption in state has crossed all limits but in governance is no-where: PDP

Jammu, Jan 20: Taking a dig on the Omar Abdullah led coalition government for most corrupt government in the state, the sitting PDP MLC and MP candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha Yash Pal Sharma said that in corruption the state has crossed all the limits but in governance it lacks from all sides.
Addressing a public rally-cum-joining rally, organized by Salman Bhati, district president, Youth Labour Cell, PDP, the senior PDP leader Sharma said that the state is going through anarchy, which has demoralized the people and commoner. He exhorted the people to remain the cautious about the nefarious design of the present regime, which is hell bent to misuse all the constitutional government institutions for their personal purpose. He alleged that sitting ministers are only fleecing the state exchequer and there is no accountability or counter check.
Appealing for huge voting in the favour of PDP, Sharma said that PDP was the only party, which can deliver justice and equality with all the three regions of the state and no region will feel about any kind of discrimination. Referring Mufti Mohammed Sayeed a nationalist leader and mature enough to understand the people aspirations, he reminded that during his tenure as Union Home Minister, Mufti had taken several land marks decision in the favour of state and nation.
Youth PDP leader Salman Bhati, who organized this largely attended public gathering asked the people to come out openly and join the PDP for their better future. He put forth the demand of granting of citizenship right including state subject and reservation quota to all safai karmachari. Earlier prominent social activists had joined the party folds infront of Yash Pal Sharma on the behest of Salman Bhatti included Beero Devi, president, Social Welfare Committee, Patoli, Hem Raj, a prominent social activist of Bahu Fort, Ex-serviceman Durga Dass, a prominent social activist, Bishan Dass a local political activist of Bahu Fort and Romesh Chander Thappa, a prominent political activist of Bishnah.
