Jammu, Jan 22: Rampaul Seth, President Arakshan Virodhi Morcha (AVM) Jammu and Satpaul Sharma President Indian Against Reservation (IAR) Jammu today alleged that Article '17' & clauses IV &V of Article 15 & 16 of constitution of India are being misused by the political parties for their own vested interests. In joint press conference held here today Rampaul Seth, President Arakshan Virodhi Morcha (AVM) Jammu and Satpaul Sharma President Indian Against Reservation (IAR) said that politicians are misusing the various clauses of Constitution of India for their vested political interests.
Speaking on occasion Rampaul Seth, President Arakshan Virodhi Morcha (AVM) appealed the masses to join the protest being organized by both the organization on Jan 24, outside Press Club Jammu for securing equality, justice and liberty for all the section of society irrespective of their caste , creed religion and region. He said that article '17' & clauses IV &V of article 15 & 16 of constitution of India are being misused by the political parties for their own vested interests. He demanded the total abolition of reservation as it is a national cause and big fraud as it has augmented 'Divide & Rule' policy by the rulers of today.
Satpaul Sharma in his address also appealed to the general category people to participate in large number in the protest outside Press Club Jammu. He said majority of Members of Parliament whom we elect are advocating all fundamental rights & social welfare schemes only for SC/ST & OBC people though monthly income of many of these family range between Rs 60 Thousands to Lakhs while ignoring wards of general categories people having less income resources. Among others present on this press conference included Ram Paul Shastri , Raj Kumar Banathia, Som Nath Sharma , Des Raj Sharma and others. |
