| Distt Adm Rajouri identifies 54 political, anti social elements | | Lok Sabha Polls | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Mar 26: Taking preventive measures in view of coming Lok Sabha elections, District Administration Rajouri identified 54 political/ anti social elements which can be threat in LS Polls and put them under surveillance.
As per press release, for the smooth conduct of forthcoming Lok Sabha polling and besides keeping strict surveillance on the activities of anti-national elements (ANEs) and militants, district administration has also identified 54 political/anti-social elements who can create trouble during the polling process.
These 54 persons have been identified by the district administration under the jurisdiction of 9 police stations of the district.
The maximum trouble creators have been identified under Rajouri police station which include 14 persons while 2 each have been identified udder Dharamshal, Nowsheraand and Budhal police stations. 10 persons have been identified under Darhal police station, 6 under Kalakot police station while 4 have been identified under Sunderbani police station. 9 persons have been identified under Thanamndi police station while 5 have been identified under Kandi police station.
Besides the identification of trouble creators, district administration has also identified 39 prominent citizens, political and social activists, and intellectuals whose services can be utilized during any trouble at district headquarter and have been named as 'trouble shooters' |
