Jammu, Mar 26: Infuriated over complaint alleging the rape attempt filed by a woman, the alleged accused in a bid to terrorize the victim today intercepted her in Jajjhar Kotli area and again molested her, police sources said.
Quoting complainant, the police sources said that Kaka Ram, already facing a rape case today allegedly intercept the victim when she was returning her home all alone and molested her. "She however had managed to escape from the clutches of aggressor and later reported the matter to her family members.
Police sources said acting on the complaint, the police registered a case u/s 323, 342 and 354 of RPC and further investigations in this case are on. |
