AAP claims massive growth in Kashmir
‘Has 30,000 registered members’

Srinagar, Mar 27: When traditional political parties in Kashmir claiming public support , newly introduced Aam Aami Party (AAP) according to sources has not only succeeded in registering thousands of members in less than a month but but also expect more renowned faces ahead of Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia's visit.
AAP sources informed early times that at a time when National Conference (NC) claims massive support in central constituency for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections based on Srinagar, Budgam and Ganderbal Districts, AAP within less than a month has succeeded in registering more than 30,000 memberships from the same constituency which is a record. Besides AAP Kashmir which is new in the political sphere of Jammu and Kashmir has also succeeded in registering thousands of members from other Districts of the Kashmir so far and the process is on.
Sources said that in case state government allows them to gather in Srinagar on coming Sunday with all their members from across Kashmir, gathering will shake all the regional political camps. The sources claim membership from Khanyar and Amira Kadal as well.
'Ahead of AAP President and former Delhi chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Senior party leader Manish Sisodia's visits to Jammu and Kashmir sheduled between 10 to 26 of April, many renowned faces from Srinagar and other parts of Kashmir who are already registered have shown their willingness to join AAP in their presence", they said.
Calling steady but massive growth of AAP in Jammu and Kashmir a new era in the political history of Kashmir, sources also added that while as only Dr Raja Muzaffar will contest Lok Sabha elections for AAP from Kashmir during the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections and focus is on campaigning for him in the central constituency, however many people who are already registered with AAP Kashmir associated with different walks of life with good influence in the society are willing to contest forthcoming Assembly elections from different constituencies including Srinagar as well.
Pertinently AAP Lok Sabha candidate from Srinagar-Badgam-Ganderbal constituency, Raja Muzaffar will be contesting against NC Patron Dr Farooq Abdullah, former finance Minister Tariq Hameed Kara of Peoples Democratic Party and Awami Itihad Party candidate Rasheed Rahil in forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.
