| ASKPC urges ECI action against Farooq Abdullah | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 1: All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC) condemned statement of Union Cabinet Minister, NC Patron Farooq Abdullah and urged the Election Commission of India to take a strong action, even arrest the said Minister for his communal and anti national statement in which he has said that those who cast votes in favour of Modi should drown in the sea. As per statement the members also flayed the biased statement of Abdullah in at Kashmir will secede from Indian Union if Modi comes to power. Chatta reiterated that Kashmir does not belong to any particular family and the accession is final and permanent. No power on earth can detach it from Indian Union. Chatta, the President expressed that National Conference is wholly responsible for hounding out Kashmiri Pandits from the valley in connivance with the anti-national communal elements. It was Farooq Abdullah who fled to London leaving the frightened Kashmiri Pandits at the mercy of god in 1990 causing the genocide of KPs. It is National Conference which has compelled Kashmiri Pandits to flee from the valley while brazenly blaming the then Governor Jagmohan unnecessarily to save the face and compelling KPs to lead a sub human life in different hazardous climatic conditions outside the valley.
RK Raina Sr. Vice-President condemned communal outburst of Dr. Farooq and Omar Abdullah asked the members and requested whole Kashmiri Pandit Society to unite together to fight the communal mind set of National Conference and similar communal elements. He further said that Farooq Abdullah need not to teach a lesson about secularism. He should see first the deplorable condition of the KPs of his own State.
Shiban Bhat, the spokesperson of the organization strongly condemned the statements of Abdullah and Omar Abdullah and reiterated that millions of Indians might have cast their votes in favour of Modi for his development and strong national policies, so how many will drown in the sea. Bhat further said that it is only Kashmir Valley where complete ethnic cleansing and on the basis of religious bigotry has taken place which is a black blot on the face of Abdullah and so called Kashmiryat. |
