| J&K Sikh Council extends support to BAJ's strike | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 2: J&K Sikh Council held its meeting under the Chairmanship of S Harmohinder Singh State President in which participating members extended its support to the ongoing stir of the advocates against alleged harassment and manhandling of one of their colleague.
Speaking in the meeting, S Harmohinder Singh said, " We support the genuine demand of Bar Association Jammu."
"Council is of the view that the good governance is a dreaming moment as declared by the state Govt but there is actually a Jungle Raj in J&K, he quipped.
Extending support to striking advocates, members said we demand from the J&K Govt and higher administration of mitigate the genuine demand of Bar Association.
Among prominent those who also attended this meeting included S Harasis Singh President J&K Sikh Council (Youth wing), S Ranjeet Singh Member, S Davinder Singh Member, S Rajinder Singh Cashier and S Gurvinder Singh General Secretary of the J&K Sikh Council. |
