| HC directs SSRB to allow petitioner in interview of Teacher | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 2 : -Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court today directed Service Selection Board to permit the petitioner to participate in the interview for the post of General Line Teacher for which she has applied for at her own risk and subject to further order in the stay application.
Court further directed SSRB that the result of the petitioner be declared till further orders from this Court.
This direction has been passed in a petition filed by one Arti Devi whose grievance was that she having applied for the post of General Line Teacher District Cadre Jammu, qualified written test and figured at serial; No 336 in the list of candidates short listed for interview. However, respondent issued a revised list in which her name does not figure. |
