Kupwara, May 3: According to the District Election Officer Kupwara, Itrat Hussain Rafique, all the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of the district have been asked to set up Election Facilitation Desks (EFD) outside their respective polling stations on the poll day, besides ensure distribution of photo voter slips among the electorates of the district.
Pertinent to mention that 01-Baramulla Parliamentary Constituency is going to poll on May 07, 2014. The BLOs have been asked to contact the concerned Assistant Returning Officers for any clarification.
Meanwhile, Assistant Returning Officers of Handwara, Lolab and Langate segments of 01-Baramulla Parliamentary Constituency, has asked all Presiding Officers to attend the necessary election related training programme at Town Hall Kupwara on May 04, 2014 and Degree College Handwara on May 05, 2014 at 10.30 a.m. The Tehsildar Kupwara has also asked the BLOs to collect the electoral rolls at Tehsil Office Kupwara on May 04, 2014. |
