VDC member’s dead body recovered 5/3/2014 11:51:16 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, May 3 : Police Recover a VDC member dead body of forest area near house of Latti in Udhampur District under Mysterious circumstances. The deceased was identified as Darshan Kumar (36) VDC member son of Shanker Dass of Latti. Police took the dead body to Latti Hospital for Postmortem.
