Kishtwar, May 3: Three member committee headed by Tehsildar Kishtwar Falail Singh with Executive Engineer PMGSY Kishtwar Mohammed Ashraf Gilkar and Principal Government Degree College Shakeela Zarger as its members has begin probe against the Station House Officer Dachhan and Warwan to probe the allegations of harassment and manhandling by the polling staff posted in these two areas of the Kishtwar District during Parliamentary election on Udhampur-Doda-Kathua Parliament seat that lead to wide spread protest by the employees in Kishtwar District.
As per one of the member of the committee, no person turned up to record their statement before the inquiry committee at Dak Banglow Kishtwar. He said wide publicity was made through newspaper regarding the fixation of day, timing and the venue, but added that no one turn up today for recording their statement. He said that committee will once again issued a notice inviting the eyewitness and the victims for recording their statements before the committee so that the report could be submitted to District Election Commissioner Kishtwar on time. |
