JKNPP nominates executive body 12/16/2014 11:51:06 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 16 : Jammu and Kashmir National Panther Party (JKNPP) president Balwant Singh Mankotia in consultation with Chairman Harsh Dev Singh today nominated executive body. According to press release, Ghansham Shashtri elected as Jammu district rural president, Kesar Parveen elected as district rural General Secretary. Whereas Abdul Majid Dar has been appointed as Provincial Secretary (Kashmir Province), Tilak Raj has been appointed as block President of block Khour and Molvi Shafi has been appointed as the president of Jammu minority cell.
