| HC directive on noise pollution in Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 16 : In a PIL as regards the violation of Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 read with various provisions of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, a high court division bench of Chief Justice M M Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan directed petitioners to file response to the status report filed by various SHOs.
The PIL has been filed by one Vasu Dubey who has sought direction to implement guidelines issued by the Supreme Court in this regard.(JNF) |
