HC’s directive to DC Reasi regarding illegal constructions at Katra 12/16/2014 11:59:56 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 16 : In a PIL as regards the illegal constructions being carried around the upcoming railway station at Katra, which according to the complainant is in the knowledge of Katra Development Authority, a high court division bench of Chief Justice M M Kumar and Justice Tashi Rabstan today observed that a reply on behalf of Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, has been filed and taken on record. Adv Ajay Sharma has also filed a report showing the ongoing construction in respect of already sealed buildings in compliance to the December 10, 2014 court order. The bench directed for strict compliance of this court order and in case of its violation and continuation of the construction of already sealed buildings, effective steps be taken to stop such construction, failing which Reasi DC shall be held personally responsible.
