| Young women hangs self, another consumes poison | | | Early Times Report
Udhampur, Dec 25: A young married woman was found hanging from the hook of ceiling fan at her parental house in Chack of Udhampur while another married woman consumed some poisonous substance under mysterious circumstances.
According to the police, the deceased identified namely as Minakshi Devi (25) w/o Kawal Krishan of W-5, Ramnagar of Udhampur district was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her parental house under mysterious circumstances. "Family member seeing her hanging immediately reported the concerned police, police sources said and added, "police team immediately was rushed to spot which took the body under its custody and shifted it to the District Hospital (DH) Udhampur for postmortem. Meanwhile a case stands registered under 174 CrPC and further investigation is on.
Meanwhile one a Babi Gupta (32) w/o Sharik Gupta of Lambi Gali Udhampur city reportedly consumed some poisonous substance at her home under mysterious conditions. "On seeing her unconscious the family members took her to District Hospital (DH) Udhampur where her condition is said to be stable till last report came in, police sources added. |
