| Under CAP, Police organizes 'painting contest' on "Global Warming | | |  Early Times Report
Reasi, Jan 14: Under Civic Action Programme (CAP) to enhance police public bond, the District Police Reasi organised a painting competition on the theme of the topic was "Global Warming". A total of 55 students of 1st to 8th standard of different Schools participated in the competition.
According to official spokesperson, a panel of judges adjudged Priyanka Rana (8th), Ritika Rana (4th) and Prabel Singh (5th ) as top three winners respectively and awarded cash reward of Rs.5000/- with certificate and trophy, followed by cash reward of Rs.3000/- with certificate and trophy and cash reward of Rs.2000/- with certificate and trophy to the three winners respectively. Vivek Gupta-IPS, SP Reasi who was special invitee on the occasion presented cash prizes with certificates and trophies to the winners. Meantime all the participating students were provided drawing kits and refreshment as consolation prize to encourage them. Besides this, each student was given nominal cash reward and certificate of participation.
District Sports Officer Reasi and other civil and police officials were also present on this occasion. |
