IRP 12 Bn distributes blankets among flood hit orphans 1/14/2015 11:46:07 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 14: Indian reserve Police (IRP) 12th Battalion today distributed blankets among flood hit orphans at Baitul Hilal orphanage Kulgam. The initiative was adopted by Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police under direct supervision of Director General of Police K Rajindra ADGP Armed SM Sahai.
