| NDF holds meeting, discusses burning issues | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 5: To make more effective reach of National Development Foundation, a forefront social organization of the state in each and every corners of the state , a meeting was called upon today in the office chamber, under the chairmanship of Rajiv Khajuria , founder of NDF wherein threadbare discussion on various burning social issues was discussed for solutions. Vijay Kumar , a National Awardee and Chairman of New Adarsh Nehru Yuva Club and Rampaul Dogra ,Co ordinator, social activist took part in the meeting. During meeting, views were exchanged regarding present scenario of NGO culture in J&K and remedial measures thereof. Some difficulties from govt. side was also felt seriously which consumes a lot time in process making the program happened. Issues such as women, child labour, water awareness and quality, orphanage, and other social issues ware discussed and arrived at conclusion. Vijay Kumar highlighted the functioning of his parent NGO that who is undertaking social reforms by way of various national schemes. Rampaul Dogra also shared his working experience with various NGOs and social organizations and suggested to work with close co ordination. The meet ended thanking each other. |
