Prayas Multipurpose Cooperative holds review meeting

Jammu, Apr 7: Prayas Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd., a premier organization working among the masses, under the leadership of its patron, M. L. Gupta, held a review meeting of its managing committee at Nek Hotel, Jammu. During the meeting, it was decided unanimously that 7th foundation day of the "Prayas Multipurpose" will be celebrated with full fervour on 14th of April at Auditorium of Government Polytechnic College, Jammu. Many of the achievements of the organization will also be shown during the celebration. In the meeting, functioning of the organization and its structure was discussed threadbare. Financial matters of the organization were also discussed in the meeting. Certain other issues were also discussed in the meeting. Management committee also decided to take the working of the organization into the common masses. It was stressed that the sole aim of the organization is to serve the common masses without any personal interests. The society came into being for helping the poor in the times of need as well as prosperity.
It was also expressed as the sign of joy and satisfaction, that the society has been successful in bailing out many persons in the time of distress by providing timely monetary help to them. They said that anybody can avail the facilities of the Prayas Multipurpose and persons should come and support the cause. S. Vikram Singh, Ch. Darshan Singh, M. L. Chouhan, Suman Kapal, S. K. Jain, Kushal Kumar, Sahdev Singh and others were among the prominent persons who attended the meeting.
