Ramban, Apr 9: Paryas Hemkrish Model School, Govindpura Maitra Ramban in collaboration with Navyug Margdarshan Society Ramban to sensitize the society about the proper use of mobile phone, organized a debate competition here today.
On the occasion the topic was "How cell phone effect our live" in which Principal Paryas Hemkrish Model School S K Atri was the Chief guest, while Romesh Singh, Nahida Anjum, Priyanka Parihar Amna Khan performed the duty of judges.
As many as 16 students participated in the in the debate competition and express their views regarding the proper use of Mobile phones by the students. In this debate function Vedika Kamakshi 5th class students secured over all first position, while as Salma Bahar (8th class) and Sayara Katock (8th class) secured 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.
In the end trophies were awarded to position holder and consolation prizes were distributed among the participants. Various staff members of the institution through light on the advantages and disadvantages of the cell phones and its harmful effect in the study of students are Sarfaraz Ahmed Katoch and Pariyanka Parihar. |
