JKNPP holds rally demands CBI Probe in Rassana rape & murder case

SAMBA, Apr 19: Jammu and Kashmir National Panther Party (JKNPP) today organized a rally from Jammu to Kathua to seeking CBI inquiry of Rassana rape and murder case.
A large number of people and party workers participated in the rally, amid raising slogans and shouting against the Chief Minister.
They alleged that why the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir totally silent on this issue. The people of Rassna were sitting on hunger strike and demanding CBI inquiry in the case and CM is silent, which means, she is trying to save her skin, the protesters alleged.
Harshdev Singh said that the Rassana case should be immediately handed over to the CBI and the politics is being played by the People Democratic Party in Rassana case should be stopped. He also said the Bhartiya Janta Party totally surrendered in front of Chief Minister. The two minister of Bhartiya Janta Party visit in village Rassana on dated 1 march 2018 and said to the people if the CBI inquiry not initiated within two days the government will not run. "Which day when Mehbooba Mufti refused to CBI inquiry, then why both minister remained silence on this topic", they said.
Among others those present including Ex MLA Samba Yash Pal Kundal, EX MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia and other senior leaders of the Panther party were present during the rally.
