Jammu students bring laurels by achieving laudable feat at international mental maths competition

JAMMU, Apr 19: Arjunveer bagged first prize in mental maths competition held at international level. Arjunveer, student of class 2 from The First Step School stood first in an international level Abacus Competition.
Thousands of kids from different parts of world participated in this online competition. The other candidate who brought laurels to state is Guhika Sachdev.
For this both the students were given certificate of excellence trophy during prize distribution function held at Shemrock School Trikuta Nagar.
The function was organized by MaxMind Abacus Academy Trikuta Nagar. During the function team of officials felicitated International winners with trophies & medals in Online Abacus competition held in December 2017. The center received the highest number of prizes in north India.
Center bagged four gold Medals, two silver medals and two bronze medals at centre level.
Winners at centre level are Krishika Gupta, Synaa, Mahiraah, Eva Mahajan, Advitya Jandial, Vaibhav Gandotra, Ritvik and Mohd.Fahim Khan.
The winners calculated 200 sums at miraculous speed to be selected among 23000 students all over India winners of handwriting competition were also facilitated with medals and certificates which was held on National Handwriting day. Winners of handwriting are competition were Dhruv Mahajan, Jaanvika Narchal, Dhanya Mangotra, Krishika Gupta, Adivitya Jandial. Twinkle Agarwal, Centre Head was all praise for the victorious students
