JSS Kathua organizes District Rope Skipping Championship

Kathua, Apr 19: 3rd District Rope Skipping Championship was held in Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua organized by Ridhima Sports Club. Students from 29 school participated in this championship. It was inaugurated by Subhash Bhardwaj (District Sports Officer). He appreciated the initiative of Ajay Sharma Chairman Ridhima Sports Club and District Incharge Rope Skipping Association that he gives opportunities to all the students.
He encouraged the students by his motivating words to participate more and more in sport activities. In this Championship overall winner D.A.V Krishna Play Way Nagri Parole, Runner Up overall Little flower high school Hatlimorh, Overall boy winner Holy Family Convent School Nagri Parole, Overall Girls winner D.A.V Lachhipur, 3rd place goes to learning temple, Best player of Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua Vipul Yashovardhan.
At the concluding function and prize distribution Aruna Sharma (District Education Planning Officer) was Chief Guest she appreciated and encouraged the students with her motivational speech to participate more and more in such co-curricular activities.
Shuchita Gupta Principal Jammu Sanskriti School Kathua was Guest of honour at this event she also encouraged the student to participate in co-curricular Activities. She appreciated and congratulated all the winners and the participants. She said winning or losing is not the matter participation is more important.
