| Tea stall owner attempts sodomy over minor boy, accused held | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 22: A tea stall owner allegedly attempted to sodomized a minor boy in the shop at village Kotli Mian Fateh falling under the jurisdiction of Miran Sahib police station.
Police sources said that yesterday a complaint was lodged by mother of the victim with Miran Sahib police that few a youth namely Sunny Kumar who runs a tea stall at village Kotli Mian Fateh took his son inside the tea stall and sodomized his son.
Police sources further claimed that acting on the complaint police conducted the medical examination of the victim was conducted at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) and presently the minor is kept in the GMC&H for observation.
Acting on the complaint a case under FIR 59/18 under section 377 and 511 of RPC registered at police station Miran Sahib and the alleged accused namely Sunny Kumar was arrested while further investigation of the case is going on. |
