DF&SS demands fresh probe into Rassana case
5/2/2018 10:44:46 PM
Early Times Report
Jammu, May 1: Dogra Front & Shiv Sena today said that the action taken by the Apex Court is the most appropriate and a fair one in the Kathua Rape case.
President, DF&SS Ashok Gupta said that an accused name Vishal Jangotra who has been arrested for raping the girl on the certain fixed days as on the contrary to the Police report he was in Meerut giving exams as the evidence of his presence has been recorded in an ATM CCTV from where he withdrew money.
The DF&SS today took out a protest rally seeking fresh probe into Rassana case. A small 8 year old girl who has not even seen the world was raped and killed by some animals in human flesh. The CM of J&K and the entire woman of India want the rapists to be caught and hanged to death.
In an latest investigation report done by National New Channel which clearly shows the presence of one of the accused in Muzafarnagar as he is been shown withdrawing money from the ATM as on the contrary the police report suggest his presence in Kathua raping the girl.
In an appeal to the CM, Ashok Gupta stated that the CM should view the investigation video done by the National News Channel and than should direct the State CBI for its verification. He further stated that the DOGRAS of Jammu have been defamed as almost all the national media portrayed it as the people belonging to the City of temples are supporting the rapists and the girl has been raped in the premises of a temple. The people of Jammu have been showed as the protagonists who are supporting rapists but on the contrary a demand for a fair enquiry is the true justice to the child deceased.
Ashok Gupta said that this is the land of Dogras whose Maharaja had a motto that justice is my religion so a demand from the people of Jammu for a CBI is just a reflection of our past ideals.
The prime Minster should intervene in the Rape case as his statement earlier has made clear that the culprits should be caught and hanged. At last he stated that we have not named the girl in this incident because she is the daughter of India and the name would indicate to her religion. It is a brutal case of rape and murder so that the culprits should be punished. The party people who were present at the time of protest were Vijay, Tony, Bantu, Kalu, Dinesh, Rakesh and Ganesh.
