JAMMU, May 2: Sunil Dimple President Jammu West Assembly Movement held a protest demanding the resignation of the chief minister Mahbooba Mufti and burnt her effigy and her resignation from the home port folio, for mishandling the Rassana murder case, created communal tension among the different communities, in the religions, regions and in all over the Jammu Kashmir state by playing the Rassana murder case card. Addressing the protestors Sunil Dimple serves one week ultimatum to hand over Rassana murder case to CBI or face "JAMMU BANDH."
He said why so Vocal Prime Minister Narender Modi is Silent on this fake Crime Branch report due to which innocents are in Jail. Dimple said we will call "Jammu Bandh on the visit of Prime Minister" in the state also if the innocents not released and the inquiry is not handed over to the CBI, NIA. He said how this is possible, the video clipping is showing that the accused of the Rassana case were present in the MP drawing money from the ATM and were giving exams at the dates which Crime Branch has filed in its report of murder rape dates. Dimple alleged that it is due to the BJP which remained silent , that the innocents, Sani Ram, Vishal and others are in jail till they are proved guilty. He said BJP is responsible for all this trouble in the region which for the lust of chair and power let all this happen and surrendered under the feet of Mahbooba Mufti. Dimple demanded the resignation of the Chief Minister Mahbooba Mufti and demanded that after the BCI report the chief minister Mahbooba Mufti should resign from the Home portfolio till the Rasana murder case is resolved.
