| DYSS Reasi organizes sports event | | |  Early Times Report
Reasi, May 9: The tournament was organized in the Discipline of volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho Kho, wrestling in which various teams of Reasi Zone were participated at General Zorawar Singh Sports Stadium Reasi.
Roshan Lal Bakshi Tehsildar Reasi was the Chief Guest on this occasion who declared the tournament open. While speaking on the occasion Khajuria stressed upon the physical strength of young generation as in modern society children are preferred to play games in electronic gadgets instead of sweating in ground. He also showed his serious concern about health related problems in young generation due to lack of physical work. K. K. Khajuria ZEPO REASI was also the guest of honor on this occasion.
Earlier Dr Swaran Singh Chib welcomed the Chief Guest alongwith participants and informed them about the activities of Department of Youth Services and Sports Reasi undertake from time to time for the welfare of sportsman of District Reasi. The tournament was organized under the overall supervision of District Youth Services and Sports officer Reasi Dr Swaran Singh Chib. The matches were officiated by the expert panel constituted by the District Youth Services and Sports Office Reasi . |
