JAMMU, May 21: As per Superintending Engineer, EM & RE circle Kathua that to carry out the work for erection of 11 KV Line from Housing Colony, the shutdown of 11 KV K-2, K-3, AIR, Changran and PHE Feeder is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Kalibari, Shiva Nagar, Patel Nagar, Tangri, PHE Stations and AIR shall remain affected onMay 23 and 24 from 7 am to 12 noon.
Similarly, the power supply to Durga Nagar, Manke Talab and KukeChak shall remain affected from May 25 to 27 from 7 am to 12 noon.
Meanwhile, to execute the work for interchanging of 33 KV bays to avoid crossings of various 33 KV feeders and charging of new 33 KV Miransahib-Gadigarh Line, the shutdown of 33/11 KV Sunderpur, 33 KV Miransahib Line, 33 KV Gadigarh and 33 KV Kullian Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to R.S. Pura, Satrayian, Chakroi, Pindi, Flora, Dabliar, Quazian, Sai Chowala, Kotli, Miran Sahib, Simbal, Badyal, Kullian, Kanachak, MES, JIC, Hakkal, Raipur, Satwari, SKAUST, Airport, Chatha and its adjoining areas shall remain affected on May 23 from 8 am to 2 pm.
However, for cutting of trees required for four laning of Jammu-Akhnoor Road, the shutdown of 11 KV feeders is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Muthi, Lower Muthi, Paloura, Barnai, Industrial Feeder, Udheywala, KC Colony, Ganesh Vihar, Shanti Nagar, Plaoura, Toph Bazar, Mandlik Nagar and adjoining areas shall remain affected on May 24 and 27 from 9 am to 4 pm.
Meanwhile, to carry out work for branch cutting, the shutdown of 11 KV S-11 & PG-3 feeders is also being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Paharian Mohalla, Parade, Raj Tilak Road, Pacca Danga, Moti Bazar, PHE Parade, PCR, Vigilance Office, Women College Parade will remain affected on May 22 from 8 am to 10.30 am.
