Five held for causing nuisance inside DH Rajouri

Rajouri, May 23: Five persons were arrested for misbehaving with hospital staff including doctors and creating nuisance inside the district hospital here the previous day
Five persons with their other families members had a physical scuffle at their village Nagroata reportedly over a love marriage of their children about 2 months ago.
Police said that following inter caste marriage by the couple, on the complaint of girl's parents the boy was booked and arrested by the police for kidnapping ; ut in the court, the girl gave statement in favour of the boy and accordingly FIR was cancelled.
As the girl's family was not in favour of inter-caste marriage of their daughter, the families fought twice in the past and were booked by the police in two separate counter FIRs .
"On Tuesday, both the families once again came face to face and had another physical scuffle in which member of both the families sustained injuries. All were admitted in the hospital," said Jaswant Singh DySP, HQs.
Police on Tuesday again booked the members of girl's family in FIR No.263 under sections 147/323/427 and 452 RPC. Police sources said that they misbehaved with the hospital staff and also created nuisance.
Police reached the spot and arrested five persons and also booked then in case FIR No263.
The accused have been identified as Mohd Sageer s/o Misri Khan, Parviaz Iqbal s/o Kala Khan, Mohd Farooq s/o Mohd Janif, Mohd Asif s/o Mohd Latief and Mohd Zubair.
