| Locals join cleanliness drive | | |  Early Times Report
Kishtwar, May 23: Locals joined cleanliness drive of Dulhasti at Kishtwar Town With an aim to make Swachhta as a mass movement Dulhasti Power Station organized Swachhata activity at Hidyaal of Kishtwar town.
The efforts of the NHPC towards Swachh Bharat- Swasth Bharat have been highly appreciated by the locals and Yoginder Kotha head Of Dulhasti Power Station accompanied with chief engineer Sri Suresh Kumar have been given warm welcome by presenting bouquet.
The citizens join hands for cleanliness and cleaned some locations of Hidyaal area in association with Yoginder Kotha and other officers, staff, CISF and Union representatives of NHPC. The women and children of the area also joined drive. The students of ITI, some govt. and private schools also came forward and joined for Swachhata drive.
The students of these institutions expressed their feelings and innovative ideas through essay writing, paintings and rhymes for success of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. They also pledge to spread the message of Swachhata in and around their schools and homes. For awareness of the general public banners/posters have been displayed by Dulhasti at public places of Power Station and Kishtwar town. |
