Kishtwar, June 03: Kishtwar Police today booked and arrested a government School Teacher for raping, and blackmailing a girl to marrying him after preparing her objectionable videos.
As per the details available with Early Times, the accused even extorted money from the girl by threatening to upload her pictures and videos on internet.
A senior police officer told the Early Times that the accused actually circulated victim's pictured among youth in her locality including her close relatives.
He said that as per the investigation conducted so far by Police, the accused teacher is already married and is father of two. He said that Kishtwar Police received a written complaint from the victim, that she was undergoing the FMPHW training in Doda when one Waseem Hussain Butt S/o Ghulam Hassan Butt, a retired Tehsildar, now a school teacher started following her repeatedly with the proposal for marriage and added that the accused raped her repeatedly on the pretext of marrying her & then threatened her to post her nude videos and photos on internet.
Taking cognizance of the complaint, the police registered and during the course of investigation it has been found that the accused, a retired Tehsildar and now a School Teacher by profession raped her at guest house in Khaleni. When the victim approached her for marriage, she found that he was married and was father of two. The accused provided her a fake "Talaqnama" and again tried to persuade her for sexual favours and pleaded that he hates his wife.
As per the statement of the victim the accused on a couple of occasions administered sedatives to her and took her objectionable videos and pictures and raped her repeatedly. The accused then started threatening the victim to transfer money to his account or he will defame her.
Following the registration of FIR, Police swung into action and arrested the accused person and was later produce in the court of law and has been taken on police remand.
Police has requested the court for getting the statement of victim recorded under section 164-A/ Cr PC.
