Summer Cricket Coaching Camp Inaugurated

Jammu, June 3: MLA, Jammu East inaugurated 3rd Summer Cricket Coaching Camp for boys and girls between the age of 12 to 16 years at Parade Ground, Jammu today on 03rd June 2018.
The Parade Sports Association is organizing this camp in collaboration with Laxmi Cricket Club. This is the third cricket camp of its kind where number of Senior National level Cricketers who are the active members of the association shall contribute their expertise and experience to groom the budding cricketers of Jammu.
In this camp both the young cricketers and starters shall get coaching. Lectures for learning different techniques of fielding, batting, bowling and wicket-keeping shall be delivered by the senior experienced cricketers. Along with discipline and physical fitness, players shall be taught Yoga and Meditation techniques.
Routine Medical checkup and required lab. investigations shall also be arranged during the camp. In addition, applied techniques of physiotherapy shall also be detailed by the experts. Harsh Nayyar, the senior Ranji Trophy Cricketer is the Chief Organizer of the camp.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Gupta shared his attachment with Parade Ground where he started his playing of cricket for years together. He expressed his interest for sports as he provided lacks of Rupees from his fund for the construction and maintenance of sports infrastructures for the welfare of different games.
