| NSUI demandS immediate road widening of Malipath-DC Office road | | |

kishtwar, June 4: National Students Union of India (NSUI), a student organization of Congress Party under the presidentship of National Coordinator Sharvan Badyal today called on DC Kishtwar at his office chamber and submitted a memorundum to him demanding immediate Road widening on 2.5 KM Malipath to New DC Office Kishtwar road stretch passing through main Kishtwar town.
Speaking to Early Times, Badyal said that they also demanded 80 percent employment for local unemployed youths of District Kishtwar in power projects adding that the notification issued by AFcon is not acceptable to the unemployed youths and termed the notification as an attempt to pay way for recruitment of non locals.
He said that Kishtwar deserve Golden district status keeping in view of huge power potential in the District. He also called for immediate filling of vacant post of Principal Government Degree College Kishtwar besides also called on the Higher Education Department to start classes at recently announced Degree College Padder. |
