Jammu, June 4: Inter Zonal District Level Competitions of District Jammu in the discipline of Cricket Boys U/14 & 17 yrs being under way here at Prade Ground Jammu & Govt High School Jammu Cantonment respectively.
In all 448 boys drawn across from 14 Zones Jammu District are taking part in the Cricket Competitions. The competitions are being organised by Department of Youth Services & Sports under the patronage of Shiekh Fayaz Ahmad, KAS, Director General, Youth Services & Sports and under the overall supervision of Madan Lal, Joint Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu. While Chanchal Kour, DYSSO Jammu is the organising Secretary of the tournament. The main objective of the tournament is to select the teams of District Jammu for the next level of competitions i.e Inter District Division Level competitions. |
